MOTION 1) That the COuncil find that need to take action to
approve hiring of Mr. Frank Rhemrev as Deputy City Attorl)8Y II
arose subsequent to posting of agenda for this meeting because the
position was offered to and accepted by Mr. Rhemrev this morning,
March 16, 1992, and that this item be added to the agenda for this
meeting for that reason. .
GP MOTION 2) That we approve hiring of Frank Rhemrev for
o I position of Deputy City Attorney II, at Step 4, Salary Range 3441,
$4,632 per month.
