At the Conununity Development Conunission meeting of 3-2-92, the allocation of $20,510 was approved from the $200,000 previously authorized from tax allocation bond proceeds for widening the South "En Street Bridge over the Santa Ana River. The proposed Agreement, for replacement of overhead with underground distribution facilities, provides, in general, that the City wi11- pay $20,510 to Edison, and Edison will complete the undergrounding (about 17 poles) of the utility facilities. There are some high voltage transmission facilities along this section of South "E" Street that will not be covered by this Agreement. RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR REPLACEMENT OF OVERHEAD WITH UNDERGROUND DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES ON SOUTH "E" STREET, FROM HUNTS LANE TO MACKAY DRIVE. SECTION 1. The Agency hereby approves the proposed Agreement for Replacement of Overhead with Underground Distribution Facilities on South "E" Street, from Hunts Lane to MacKay Drive, and authorizes the Executive Director of the Economic Development Agency to execute the Agreement, and to 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 execute such other documents as may be necessary to implement the Agreement and to make any necessary non-substantive changes in the Agreement as may be approved by Agency Counsel. SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect upon adoption.
