A situation has arisen, relating to the proposed City Charter Amendments which appear on
the June 2, 1992 ballot, whiCh might expose the City to possible litigation. Therefore, I
request that the Council entertain a motion to hear an item (in closed session) which arose
subsequent to the y-osting of the agenda for the March 7, 1992 meeting of the Mayor and
Common Council/Community Development Commi~sion.
