STAFF REPORT
As ordinances ara amended and fees changed, the fees are being eliminated from the
body of the ordinance and replaced by the "fees as established by resolution of the
Mayor and Common Council".
Section 6.04.020 is being amended to reflect the actions of the Ways and Means
Committee on 10-14-91.

FEE SCHEDULES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ENFORCEMENT OF TITLE

THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO
4 DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Section 6.04.020 of the San Bernardino
6 Municipal Code is amended as follows:
7 "6.04.020 Fee Schedules
8 All fees assessed in conjunction with the enforcement
9 of Title 6, Animals, shall be established by
10 resolution of the Mayor and Common Council."
11 I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
12 adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
