STAFF REPORT
As ordinances are amended and fees changed. the fees are being eliminated from the
body of the ordinance and replaced by the "fees as established by resolution of the
Mayor and Common Council".
Section 6.04.020 is being amended to reflect the actions of the Ways and Means
Committee on 10-14-91.

ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING SECTION
6.04.020 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO
FEES.
THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 6.04.020 of the San Bernardino
Municipal Code is amended as follows:
"6.04.020 Fee Schedules
All fees assessed in conjunction with the enforcement of
Title 6, Animals, shall be established by resolution of
the Mayor and Common Council."
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a meeting thereof, held on the___
