STAFF REPORT
In April 1988, the Common Council voted to re-establish certain revenue producing
fees that were deleted two years prior. Since then, staff has deemed it necessary
to make a few changes in the fee schedule. Staff presented reports to the Ways and
Means Committee on September 23 and October 14, 1991. The recommendations were
approved by the Committee.
The additions/changes include:
Altered vs. Unaltered Apprehension Fees
After Business Hours Apprehension Fee
Owner Release Fee
Quarantine Board Fees
Animal Related Fees
