Need to: change Shauna Edwins' name to Shauna Clark
This resolution authorizes the Mayor, Executive Director, Director
and Disaster Preparedness Representative to execute applications
and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance
under the Civil Defense Act of 1950.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING RESOLUTION
NO. 89-504 AS AMENDED BY RESOLUTION NO. 90-327 ENTITLED IN PART
"RESOLUTION. . . AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR. . .TO EXECUTE APPLICATIONS
AND DOCUMENTS FOR. . .OBTAINING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THE
FEDERAL CIVIL DEFENSE ACT OF 1950. . ." TO SUBSTITUTE SHAUNA CLARK
FOR SHAUNA EDWINS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
6 COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
7 SECTION 1. Resolution No. 89-504, as amended by Resolution
8 No. 90-327 is further amended to delete Shauna Edwins as an
9 authorized signatory to execute for and on behalf of the City of
10 San Bernardino, a public entity established under the laws of the
11 state of California, applications and documents for the purpose of
12 obtaining financial assistance under the Federal Civil Defense Act
13 of 1950, as amended, (50 U.S.C. app. 2251-2303), and substituting
14 therefore the following:
