I request that Resolution 90-262, Section 13, which
establishes compensation, be amended to adjust the compensa-
tion of the grant funded positions as shown below. These
compensation levels are fully funded in the grant contracts
for F/Y 91-92. No city funds are involved. Rates should be
effective July 29, 1991. All rates on a flat hourly basis.
