STAFF REPORT
A request has been received from the Cajon Cowboy Booster Club to
waive the fees associated with their 1991 Homecoming Parade which
was held Friday, October 18, 1991.
The attached letter from the Booster Club requests the waiver of
fees in the amount of $500. The parade route was modified and the
length of the parade changed. The fees now total $133.
In view of the short time frame involved, the Booster Club has
agreed to pay the fees but is seeking reimbursement of same.

Dear Madam;
Cajon High School is celebrating it's 1991 Homecoming on October
18, 1991 and for the first time in many years will be having a parade
in the north end of San Bernardino. The Student Council of Cajon High
School has contracted with the San Bernardino Police Department for
traffic control, parade routing, etc. and has been informed by the
police department that the fee for this service will be approximately
five hundred dollars.
On behalf of the many parents in the Cajon Cowboy Booster Club
I'am requesting that these fees be waived by the Common Council as
is somewhat customary in similar events and am further requesting
that this item be placed on the agenda for the meeting of October
21,1991.
