"Bob" Holcomb City Council Members c/o Shauna Clark, City Administrator 300 N. D Street San Bernardino, Ca. 92418 Dear Ms. Clark, On October II, 1991, Aquinas High School is sponsoring its 5th Annual Homecoming Parade at 3:00 p.m. Each year the fees for our parade have been appreciately waived, however, I was informed by Daniel Robbins, Chief of Police through Sgt. Dave Suttle that the city is going to charge the school $121.77. This charge is for the assignment of a police sergeant, 2 motor officers, a patrol officer and their related equipment. Aquinas High School has been fortunate to have the support of the City of San Bernardino. We are again asking to have this year's parade fee waived. If you have any questions or comments please call me at 886-4659.
