Mayor and Common Council Meetinq of September 16, 1991 The site is desiqnated CN, commercial Neiqhborhood and is developed with a mini strip center that is primarily vacant. The CG-1, commercial General desiqnation would permit a wider ranqe of commercial uses than what is permitted under the CN, Commercial Neiqhborhood desiqnation. " FUNDING REOUIREMENTS: In addition to staff time for processinq the qeneral plan amendment, a $25 County filinq fee will be required.
