04-01-91 -- Transfer of $12,000 approved to finance preliminary
engineering costs.
June, '91 - Supplemental funds in the amount of $121,000 approved
in 1991/92 Storm Drain Construction Fund Budget.
R~ommended motion:
That the plans for construction of a 42-inch storm drain in
Waterman Avenue, from Wier Road to Commercial Road, in accordance
with Plan No. 8551, be approved 1 and the Director of Public
Works/City Engineer authorized to advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for the installation of a storm drain in Waterman
Avenue, from Wier Road to Commercial Road, have been prepared by
a Consulting Civil Engineer and the project is ready to be ad-
vertised for bids. The project consists of installing a 42-inch
storm drain to convey storm water to the major storm drain in
Wier Road.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:
