Recommended motion:

Engineer authorized to advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
Plans for the installation of a storm drain in Northpark
Boulevard, from "F" Street to Northpark Boulevard, have been pre-
pared by the Engineering Division and the project is ready to be
advertised for bids. The project consists of installing a 30-
inch storm drain from the present terminus at Mayfield Avenue, to
the section in "F" Street installed by Forecast Development Corp.
as a condition of approval for Tract No. 13554.
Below is an estimate of the total project cost:
Construction Contract $ 158,000
Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #1913) 15,000
Sub-Total $ 173,000
Contingencies (4%):!: 7,000
TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 180,000
An amount of $180,000 has been allocated, under Account
No. 248-368-57809, to finance the costs that will be incurred for
installation of this storm drain.
We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization
granted to advertise for bids.
