The project consists of installing curbs and gutters, sidewalk, street lights and paving. Below is an estimate of the total project cost: Sub-Total Contingencies (15%)! TOTAL ESTIMATED PROJECT COST $ 663,836 75,000 32,000 $ 770,836 115,664 $ 886,500 Construction Contract Engineering & Inspection (W.O. #1933) Lower Water Main Mello-Roos Community Facilities District No. 995 was formed at the request of 4 property owners to finance the Verdemont Infrastructure Fee on their 7 parcels. An amount of $1,340,786 was reserved in the 1990/91 Verdemont Infrastructure Fee Budget, to reimburse developers for the actual costs incurred for installing street improvements on streets in the fee program. These funds will be used to finance the costs incurred for the improvement of Belmont Avenue. The Economic Development Agency will advance funds as needed to reimburse developers and then be repaid as additional infrastructure fees are collected. We recommend that the plans be approved and authorization granted to advertise for bids. 8-15-91 75-0264
