to proceed with the proposed annexation of Mt. View Cemetery, located at the
Northeast corner of Highland Avenue and Waterllan enue.

CITY OF SAN BERaQRDINO - REQUEST <:DR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
A request for annexation was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO)
by the property owner of Mt. View Cemetery, located on the Northeast corner of
Highland Avenue and Waterman Avenue.
The petitioner has paid the necessary filing fees to LAFCO. LAFCO has requested that
the City prepare a Plan for services for the proposed annexation.
If authorization is given to proceed , the Real Property Section will prepare the
necessary forms required by LAFCO to proceed with this proposal.
