On July 15, 1991, Iconomic Development .&aency ataff disaeminated the proposed FY
1991/92 IDA Bud&et. On July 18, 1991, the RDA C_ittee discussed the budget
and referred it to the July 24, 1991 Budlet workshop. After discuaBion at the
workshop, the C_i..ion referred the budaet back to the Redevelopment C_ittee
for further action. On Angust 8, 1991, the Redevelopment C_ittee revised the
budlet and rec_ended to the C-=ity Development C_is8ion approval of the
FY 1991/92 IDA Budiet, including the revised loa1s and objectives.

On July 15, 1991, staff diss1minated the proposed FY 1991/1992 EDA
budget. The budget, particularly its goals and objectives, were
discussed at some length during the July 18, 1991 Redevelopment Committee
Meeting. Subsequent to the meeting, staff developed aubatitute goals and
objectivea which were provided to the Commission on July 22, 1991, prior
to its July 24, 1991 Budget Workshop.
At the Budget Workshop there was discussion regarding the new goals and
objectives, total Agency Reaources, the Agency ataffing level and related
issues. After completion of discussion, the CODDission took an action
referring the budlet to its Redevelopment COIDittee. The COIDittee was
to review the budaet once more, receive cOIDents, if any, from Commission
members not on the Committee and make a recolDendation to be conaidered
by the COIDission at its August 19, 1991 meeting. It should be noted no
cOIDents were received by the Committee prior to its August 8, 1991
meeting .
On August 8, 1991, the Redevelopment Committee conaidered theproposed FY
91/92 Economic Development Agency budaet and took an action unanimOUSly
recommending to the COIIIIIIDlity Development Commission approval of the
proposed budaet. The revised loals and Objectives were previously
disseminated at the July 24, 1991 Budget Workshop.
