Synopsis of Previous Commission/Council/Comaittee Action:
On June 17, 1991, the Community Development Commission adopted a
continuing Resolution authorizing Economic Development Agency (EDA)
expenditures at Py 1990/1991 levels until the FY 1991/1992 budget is
adopted.

That the Community Development Commission establish a date and time
certain for the conducting of a workshop relating to the Economic
Development Agency Py 1991/1992 budget.

STAFF REPORT
The Community Development Commission previously adopted a continuing
Resolution authorizing Economic Development Agency (EDA) expenditures
at FY 1990/1991 levels. Staff has been preparing the budget and while
there is work still remaining to be completed, it is important that the
Community Development Commission establish a date and time certain for
conducting a workshop on the EDA FY 1991/1992 budget.
Inasmuch as there is a similar request for a workshop regarding the
Arden-Guthrie Revitalization Plan, the Commission should take this into
account when scheduling the budget workshop.
