The Joint Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Common Council, Community
Development Commission and the Joint Powers Financing Authority was called to
order by Mayor Pro Tempore Tom Minor at approximately 11:02 a.m., on Monday,
June 17, 1991, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San
Bernardino, California.

$17,799 for the installation of a new six inch (6") water main to be installed
along Second Street and retire the existing two inch (2") water main,
maintaining the required horizontal separation between the sewer line and
water main.
