Synopsis of Previous Council action:
On September 5, 1991, the Mayor and Common Council approved a salary survey
for the Middle Managers as part of their 18-month contract.
On February 18, 1991, the Mayor and Common Council approved the Middle Uanage-
ment salary resolution.
On April 15, 1991, the Mayor and Common Council approved the Middle Managers'
MOU effective July 1, 1990, through December 31, 1991.
Recommended motion:

STAFF REPORT
Attached is the revised salary resolution for mid-management
classifications. The revisions are based on a mid-management
salary survey conducted by Comp Plus and a four percent
salary increase to be effective July 1, 1991, as per the
Middle Management MOU.
