CITY OF SAN BERNORDINO - REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION STAFF REPORT Arcicle III, Section 1, of the General unit Memorandum of Understanding provides for a five percent salary increase less any amount up to one percent as provided in Article IV, Section Ie, effective July 1, 1991. The Union elected not to divert one percent of the salary increase towards the medical premiums.
