At the s~ond regularly sChedu1e~counci1 Meeting starting in June, 1991, the City Clerk will pick the numbers 1 through 7 from a container and assign them in the order picked to a list of the Council Committees and will continue this sequence of seven numbers until three Counci1members are assigned to each Committee. If a Counci1person declines a seat they would be assigned the last seat in that counting sequence. ADDITIONALLY, IT WOULD OVERSEE AND RECOMMEND THE EX- PENDITURE OF THE R.D.A. 201 SET A SIDE MONIES. THERE IS ALSO A NEW BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AD. HOC. COMMITTTEB.
