A part-time business during my years in government has turned into a full-time occupation in the private sector. General Manaqer, West Valley Vector Control District. 1985-1989. I organized a citizens committee to start a mosquito and vector control agency in the Chino, Ontario, Montclair and Rancho Cucamonga. After winning a ballot initiative I was selected to serve as manager of the District. I have hired staff, purchased vehicles and equipment leased buildings, developed personnel policies, training ,programs, Set up payroll and accounting, organizational plans, set goals and objectives,and directed a budget of $1,080,000.
