.matcrial for accuracy and wrote changes when technical updstes were required, using military standards.

I am writing in response to the recent invitation for interested persons to serve as alternates on
the various city boards and commissions. I am interested in serving on one of the following
commissions:
Police Commission
Fine Arts Commission
I was born and raised here in San Bernardino, and I still make it my home. Naturally, I have
a vested interest in the future of the city. From early on, I took part in civic activities -- I even
drove your wife and dog in a city parade (back in 1976, J believe).
J would be honored if you considered me for a position on a commission. You can reach me
