Recommended motion:
1. That the Negative Declaration for Public Works Project No.
91-06, installation of traffic signals and ramp widening
at 1-10 eastbound off-ramp at Redlands Boulevard, be
adopted.
2. That a finding be made that the installation of traffic
signals and ramp widening at 1-10 eastbound off-ramp at

STAFF REPORT
The Negative Declaration for Public Works. Project No.
91-06 was recommended for adoption by the Environmental Review
Committee at its meeting of 5-09-91.
A 2l-day public review period was afforded from 5-16-91
to 6-05-91. No comments were received.
We recommend that the Negative Declaration be adopted
and a finding made that the project is consistent with the
Circulation element of the General Plan.

NOTICE OF PREPARATION OF NEGATIVE DECLARATION
OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO proposes to adopt a Negative
Declaration for the following projects. The snvironmental
Review committee found that the project will not have a
significant effect on the environment on the basis of the
Initial Study and mitigation measures (if applicable).
REVIEW OF PLANS NO. 91-15 - To
radio transmission building at
Central City South, General Plan
construct a 540 square foot
770 West ~ill Street in the
land use designation.
PARCEL MAP NO. 13731 To subdivide a vacant, 20.56 acre
site into three proposed parcels of approx~ately 3.5, 1~.4
and 3.7 acres, respectively for future mixed office, liqht
industrial and other commercial usage for related GPA No. 90-
17 application. The site is located at the northwest corner
of Waterman Avenue and Barton Road in the current designation
~ CG-1, commercial General.

p.m., June 5, 1991. If you do not respond in writing, we
will assume that you have no opinions and/or recommendations
on the above proj ects.
