This item was continued to 6-17-91, due to concern over the
amount of the Incidental Costs.
An estimate of the Incidental Costs is included in the Staff
Report, in order to give the Mayor and Council a complete dis-
closure of the total annual cost for providing landscape
maintenance services within Assessment Districts Nos. 956 & 968.
This estimate is based upon the cost for the previous year,
since the anticipated amount for inspection has not been
received from the Department of Parks and Recreation.
Below is a listing of the various items that are included in the
Incidental Costs:
1. Inspection (estimate to be provided by Department
of Parks and Recreation) ---------------------
