ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AMENDING
SECTION 15.04.020(9) OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE TO
ADOPT THE NATIONAL ELECTRIC CODE 1990 EDITION.
WHEREAS, pursuant to California Health and Safety Code
section 17958, local governing bodies are required to adopt
regulations imposed by section 17922 of the California
Health and Safety Code; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to update codes incorporated
into the San Bernardino Municipal Code.
