STAFF REPORT
This Resolution confirms the Assessment Roll and approves the Assessment
Diagram Map No. 1002 for the maintenance of landscaping in portions of "H"
Street, North of 53rd Street and in the South bank of the San Bernardino
County Flood District's dike which adjoins Tract No. 13554 on the North.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL
NO. 1002 FOR THE MAIKTENANCE OF LAI\DSCAPING IN PORTIONS OF "H" STREET KORTH
OF 53RD STREET AND IN THE SOulH BANK OF THE SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY FLOOD
DISTRICT'S DIKE ~~ICH ADJOINS TRACT NO. 13554 ON THE NORTH IN THE CIT, OF SAN
BERNARDINO, AND APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGR~~ MAP NO. 1002.
~~EREAS. the Mayor and Common Council of the City of Sffil Bernardino
on March 18, 1991. adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 91-90. to order
the work described therein to be done under the provisions of Chapter 12.90
of the San Bernardino City Municipal Code; and
~mREAS. the Mayor and Common Council on March 18. 1991,
approved
the Engineer's Report on the proposed assessmen~ district, which report
includes a proposed assessment roll and Assessment District Map relative to
Assessment District No. 1002; and
IlmREAS. pnrsuant to said Resolution of Intention No. 91-90.
the
City of San Bernardino proceeded without Notice and Hearing; and
17 WHEREAS. incidental expenses totaling S1,644.50 have been incurred
18 for the establishment of the district, which must be spread over the
19 individual parcels of said assessment district, the City has computed and set
20 forth in attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference the
21 first year assessment for each individual parcel, all of which are as set
22 forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto, is hereby declared to be the Assessment
23 District No. 1002 Roll for 1991-92 for the North "H" Street Area Landscape

SECTION 1. That t!le Mavor and Common Council do hereby find aHd

Assessment Roll Nu. 1002 for the fiscal yeur 1991-92, North "H" Street At'ea
Landscape Maintenance District, designated as Exhibit "A" for tutal costs of

incorporated herein bv reference, and the Mayor and Common Council do herebv
confirm said assessments.
