Enclosed are 20 programs for your use as invitations. As
you know, we are limited to approximately 200 seats. We will
reserve seats in the first eight rows and alongside the dias.
The ceremony will be televised and will begin promptly at
9:00 a.m. There will be a large TV in the lobby for viewing
by the overflow attendees.
Please plan on a 3-5 minute speech in the order shown
above. The total process will probably take some 45 minutes
after which there will be a reception in the lobby.
Please call and speak with Joan Vollucci or me at 384-
5188 and let us knowhow many visitors you will have.

Announce Oath of Office by the Honorable Richard C.
Hubbell, Judge of the Superior Court of Los Angeles
to administer oath to the Honorable City Clerk
Rachel Krasney
Announce Oath of Office by the Honorable John W.
Kennedy, Jr., Judge of the Superior Court of San
Bernardino to administer oath to David C. Kennedy,
for the Honorable Office of City Treasurer
Announce Oath of Office by the Honorable Rachel
Krasney, City Clerk of the city of San Bernardino
to:

As the names are announced for each respective oath these
officials will rise and proceed to the center podium to be
sworn in. At the end of the oath Councilman Hernandez will
assume his seat at the dias, all incumbents will return to
their respective seats except for City Attorney Penman and
city Clerk Krasney who will have seats on the first row. City
Treasurer Kennedy will return to his reserved seat.
Each official will be announced to return to the center
podium to individually present comments for 3 - 5 minutes in
this order:
- Hernandez
- Minor
- Pope-Ludlam
- Miller
- Penman
- Krasney
- Kennedy
Mayor -
At the end of city Treasurer Kennedy's remarks,
call a recess for the reception in the lobby.
If there are any questions, please see me before the ceremony
