by the Redevel.q:ment 1qercy and Celotex-Mar1ey, Inc. Pursuant to the IDA,
Celotex-Mar1ey, roo., was to oons1:n1ct a tlr.'enty-t:ho.Isand (20,000) square foot
manufacturinJ blildin;J and a three-thoosan::i (3,000) square foot office
blildin;J, havinJ a oanbined value of of $3,500,000. CbnstnIction was to begin
July 1, 1979 and be CCIIpleted by January 1, 1980. For its part, the 1qercy was
d:lligated to install off-street, cmb and gutter hprovements. A sewer
lateral, fire service lateral and all other utilities were to be installed to
the nearest prcperty line.
