RESOLUTION NO.
RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO
RESOLUTION NO. 91-185 REGARDING THE PROCEDURE FOR CITY-PROPERTY
OWNER PARTICIPATION IN THE LANDSCAPE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR
PROPERTY FRONTAGE LOCATED ON THE PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND WITHIN
THE BUILDING SET-BACK AREA UP TO A MAXIMUM OF TWENTY (20) FEET TO
INCLUDE CERTAIN ADDITIONAL STREETS WITHIN THE PROGRAM.

6 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. Resolution 91-185, Exhibit 1 is amended to add
Lynwood Avenue to the list of East to West oriented streets and
Del Rosa Avenue to the list of North to South oriented streets

located within the City Limits of the City of San Bernardino, and
to add Lynwood Avenue tQ the list of Streets not within the City
limits of the City of San Bernardino but within the City's sphere
of influence.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the Mayor and Common Council of the City of San
Bernardino at a
