SynopIis of Prwioul CouncillCtion:
Resolution No. 91-176, May 6, 1991, provided for an agreement with Creative
Computer Solutions to migrate eKisting city business system software to the
new Digital DecSystem 5500.
The agreement requires one city prograIllllE!r to assist in the conversion of
city software at Unidata in Denver, Colorado for one week beginning June 17.

The city has approved purchase of a Digital DecSystem 5500 to replace the current
business computer.{The city's application software must be converted to run ~r
a different operat1ng system than it currently runs on.. Unidata of Demler,
Colorado, will be providing an interface so our software, after a conversion pro-
cess at their facility, will be capable of running on the new system.
Creative Computer Solutions will be sending a representative to Colorado to
assist our representative and Unidata in the conversion process. It is necessary
for someone familiar with our software to be a part of the process.-fMark Yavomicky
is the city's progranmer 1IIOst falililiar with our business system software and must
be in attendance to ensure success of the project.~
