CITY OF SAN BERADINO - REQUEST OR COUNCIL ACTION
STAFF REPORT
The Board of Water Commissioners approved the construction of new
pump facilities at the existing "E" street Pump Station, located
at 1302 South "E" Street. This project is related to the ongoing
upgrade and expansion of the Water Reclamation Plant, and it had
been determined that the existing pump station facility was
inadequate to serve the upgraded plant.
Southern California Edison Company has requested an easement in
order to relocate the existing electric distribution line to clear
the property for a new building.
The Board of Water Commissioners, at their regular meeting held on
April 23, 1991 unanimously voted to accept the Grant of Easement
and authorized the Secretary to submit said easement to the Mayor
and Common Council for acceptance and approval.

A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO GRANTING AN EASEMENT TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON
COMPANY FOR RELOCATION OF ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION LINE AT 1302 SOUTH
"E" STREET, IN ORDER TO SERVE THE WATER DEPARTMENT'S "E" STREET
PUMP STATION FACILITY.
SECTION ONE:
That the City of San Bernardino, a Municipal
Corporation, does hereby grant an easement to Southern California
Edison
in
relocate
existing
electric
order
to
an
Company
distribution line to clear the property for a new building.
SECTION TWO:
That the said Grant of Easement referred to
herein, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "1", and
is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though
set forth at length herein, is hereby approved.
SECTION THREE: That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
San Bernardino are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.
