STAFF REPORT
The Board of Water commissioners approved the construction of new
pump facilities at the existing "E" Street Pump Station, located
at 1302 South "E" Street. This project is related to the ongoing
upgrade and expansion of the Water Reclamation Plant, and it had
been determined that the existing pump station facility was
inadequate to serve the upgraded plant.
Southern California Edison Company has requested an easement in
order to construct and maintain electric facilities for the
facility.
The Board of Water Commissioners, at their regular meeting held on
April 23, 1991, unanimously voted to accept the Grant of Easement
and authorized the Secretary to submit said easement to the Mayor
and Common Council for acceptance and approval.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE:
That the City of San Bernardino, a Municipal
Corporation, does hereby grant an easement to Southern California
Edison Company to construct and maintain electrical service to the
"E" Street Pump Station, located at 1302 South "E" Street.

SECTION TWO:
That the said Grant of Easement referred to
12 herein, a copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit "1", and

is hereby referred to and made a part hereof as fully as though
set forth at length herein, is hereby approved.
SECTION THREE:
That the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
San Bernardino are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
Grant of Easement on behalf of the City of San Bernardino.
