Adoption of the 1990-91 budget was delayed until such time as the reorganization of the Redevelopment Agency and the Community Development Department was complete, and since the final reorganization (including approved salary levels) was not in place until May I, 1991, it is recommended to adopt the 1989-90 bUdget as the 1990-91 budget. A copy of the proposed adoption Resolution and the summary of the 1989-90 bUdget is attached, along With anticipated expenditure levels for 1990-91. The total bUdget, including bond debt service payments, is $50,321,907 for all project areas, which also reflects any Commission approved increases for specific project activities as outlined in the budget summary. I recommend adoption of the Resolution. rCS:bl:1446A COMKISSION MEETING Meeting Date: 5/20/91 o o o o o 1 RESOLUTION NO.
