Bill graduated from California State Fullerton with a
Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Bill is a
licensed Real Estate Broker and has earned the designation
of CPR (Certified Property Manager) through the Institute of
Real Estate Management.
Bill has spent most of his eleven years in the property
management industry in the management of mobilehome
communities. Prior to the establishment of J . B U8n
lIao...TY MGT., IRe./ Bill served as the Executive Director
of the Property Management Division of a large apartment
developer, and spent several years with a prominent
mobi1ehome park management company in Southern california.
In 1986 Bill and his partner/ Jim Joffe, opened the doors
of J , II ASaBT :nonR'rY IIGT., IRC. J & H is a rapidly
expanding full service company which specializes in the
management of mobilehome housing communities and apartments.
J & H currently manages 40 properties, totalling over 4/300
units.
Bill has always been active in the arena of local politics
as it pertains to mobilehome park issues and rent control in
.everal counties throughout the state. Bill currently sits
on the lXecutive Boarcl of the SaD Bernardino Park owners
A..oeiation, aeeutive Board of the Yuoaipa Park owner's
ASsociation and is a member of WHA'. Bducation committ.e.
