At the second reqularly scheduled Council Meetinq
startinq in June, 1991, the City Clerk will pick the numbers
1 throuqh 7 from a container and assiqn them in the order
picked to a list of the Council Committees and will continue
this sequence of seven numbers until three Councilmembers are
assiqned to each Committee.

The Committees would be:
1. Leqislative Review
2. Inland Valley Development Authority
3. Ways & Means
4. Redevelopment Committee (or its successor)
5. Personnel
Durinq the second reqularly scheduled
June, 1993 the Committees would rotate
following manner:
Row 1: Move 1 position to the riqht
Row 2: Move 2 positions to the riqht
Row 3: Move 3 positions to the riqht

A Councilmember could decline a seat if unable to serve
due to time constraints or other reasons. If a Councilperson
declines a seat they would be assiqned the last seat in that
countinq sequence. The oriqinal sequence would them commence

During the second regularly scheduled Council Meeting in
June 1995, the Council will review the entire process for
changes or reimplementation.
The Committee seats will be deemed to be assigned by
Ward and not individuals. Seat trading will be permitted but
the trade will not alter the timing or sequence.
