The Boys Club of San Bernardino has planned an Anti-
Drug Program called "CRACKDOWN". This event is scheduled
to take place at the CALIFORNIA THEATER of PERFORMING
ARTS on Saturday September 12 at 7om.

This event is intended to benefit the residents of
the City of San Bernardino and we wish to place
STr.EET GANNEr.S at three locations in the City to
announce this program.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT The required FEE'S relative to the street banner
application would place a hardship on the Goys Club,
therefore we are hereby requesting permission to
have them placed and a waiver of all related fee's
attached to our application.

These banners would only be up a total of sixteen days
beginning Friday August 23 and coming down Monday
Sentember 16th. Your cooperation in this matter is
of great assistants.
