CLAIM OF GARY L. McINTOSH

We have reviewed the supporting documents of Kevin D. Sovereign,
Liability Claims Specialist, regarding this claim. It is our belief
that the settlement figure of $5,445.47, as recommended, is fair
both to Mr. McIntosh and to the City. If the matter proceeded to
trial, the judgment would probably be an amount in excess of $5,445.47.
