Dear Mr. Simchowitz:
At the meeting of the Mayor and Common Council held on August 3,
1987, your appeal of the Planning Commission's denial of Conditional
Use Permit No. 87~23/Variance, to permit an off-premise ~ign with
waivers 'of Code Sections 19.60.250.A.3 (maximum height) and 19.60.250
A.4 (setback) in the C-3A Limited General Commercial zone, was continued.
The appeal hearing was continued so that the City Attorney can
meet with the attorney from Reid & Hellyer representing yourself and
the attorney for the Buyer's Club, to explore the findings of fact
and bring them back to Council on August 17, 1987.
The continued hearing will be held in the Council Chambers of City
Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, ~ug1,!s.J:_17, 1987, gt_.2:QQ.p.m..
