Recommended motion:
1. That the transfer of $19,000, from Account No. 245-365-57731,
"Cajon Boulevard Trunk Extension - Cable Creek Channel to
Little League Drive," to Account No. 245-365-57704, "City's
share of Sewer Main Extensions," be approved.
2. That the plans for extension of a sewer main to serve Parcel
Map No. 7174 on "K" Street, be approved, and the Director of
Public Works/City Engineer authorized to advertise for bids.

STAFF REPORT
At the Council meeting of 2-18-91, the City's participa-
tion in the cost of extending a sewer main to serve the 4
parcels created on "K" Street by Parcel Map No. 7174 was
approved. The preliminary estimate of cost was $87,000.
Plans have been prepared by the developer's Engineer, and
the project is ready to be advertised for bids. The project
consists of extending a sewer main from the existing sewer in
"I" Street to Parcel Map No. 7174 on ilK" Street, within sewer
easements acquired by the developer.

The balance of $13,000, from the $50,000 allocated under
Account No. 245-365-57704, was designated for this project.
These funds were supplemented by the $74,000 transferred at the
Council meeting of 2-18-91. Additional supplemental funds in
the amount of $19,000 will be needed to fully finance the total
estimated project cost.
It is recommended that the transfer of $19,000, from
Account No. 245-365-57731, "Cajon Trunk Extension - Cable Creek
Channel to Little League Drive," to Account No. 245-365-57704,
"City's Share of Sewer Main Extensions," be approved, in order
to provide the necessary supplemental funding.
The sewer main extension in Cajon Boulevard has not been
commenced, since development of .adjoining property has been
deferred until an environmental impact report is prepared.
Therefore, the transfer of $19,000 will not result in any.delays
to this sewer main extension.
We recommend that the transfer of $19,000 and plans be
approved, and authorization granted to advertise for bids.
