STAFF REPORT
This Resolution confirms the Assessment Roll and approves the Assessment
Diagram Map No. 993 for the maintenance of landscaping in the retention
basins located in Tracts No. 14184 and 14185 located generally Southwest of
Cajon Boulevard at June Street.
On August 6, 1990, Resolution of Intention No. 90-337 was adopted which
instituted formal proceedings to form an assessment district in the Cajon
and June area for the lIllintenance of landscaping.
All the requirements of Chapter 12.90 of the Municipal Code were fulfilled,
and on February 19, 1991 the Resolution ordering work was adopted. The
charges for the establishment of the district total $2,936.20 which will be
paid from the up-front money deposited by the Developer.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT ROLL
NO. 993 FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF LANDSCAPING IN THE RETENTION BASINS LOCATED IN
TRACTS NO. 14184 AND 14185 LOCATED GENERALLY SOUTHWEST OF CAJON BOULEVARD AT
JUNE STREET IN THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO, AND APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM
MAP NO. 993.
WHEREAS. the Mayor and Co.on Council of the City of San Bernardino
on August 6. 1990. adopted its Resolution of Intention No. 90-3375, to order
the work described therein to be done under the provisions of Chapter 12.90
of the San Bernardino City Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS. the Mayor and Co_on Council on August 6. 1990. approved
the Engineer's Report on the proposed assessment district, which report
includes a proposed assessment roll and Assessment District Map relative to
Assessment District No. 993; and
WHEREAS. pursuant to said Resolution of Intention No. 90-337. the
City of San Bernardino proceeded without Notice and Hearing; and
WHEREAS. incidental expenses totaling $2.936.20 have been incurred
for the establishment of the district, which BlUSt be spread over the
individual parcels of said assessment district, the City has computed and set
forth in attached Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein by reference the
first year assessment for each individual parcel. all of which are as set
forth on Exhibit "A" attached hereto. is hereby declared to be the Assessment
District No. 993 Roll for 1991-92 for the Cajon and June Area Landscape
Maintenance District.

NOW, THEREFORE, THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Co_on Council do hereby find and
determine that the proportionate costs to be levied against the parcels of
land within Assessment District No. 993 are correctly set forth on
Assessment Roll No. 993 for the fiscal year 1991-92, Cajon and June Area
Landscape Maintenance District, designated as Exhibit "A" for total costs of
establishing the district which Exhibit is attached hereto and is
incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor and Common Council do hereby
confirm said assessments.
