Resolution of the City of San Bernardino
appointing election officers and designating
polling officers and designating polling
places pursuant to Section 2.56.110 of the
San Bernardino Municipal Code for the General
Municipal Election to be held on May 7, 1991.
Elections Code 22805 requires that the governing body of the City
shall appoint one inspector, one judge, and two clerks as
elections officers for each precinct. Additionally, Election
Code Section 1683 provides that not less than 29 days prior to an
election, the Clerk shall issue an order appointing the members
of the precinct boards and designating the polling places.
There will be 12 polling places for the May 7, 1991 General
Election and the estimated costs are as follows:

The funds have been included in the general elections account and
I recommend that the Mayor and Common Council adopt the attached
resolution.

RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPOINTING
3 ELECTION OFFICERS AND DESIGNATING POLLING PLACES PURSUANT TO
SECTION 2.56.110 OF THE SAN BERNARDINO MUNICIPAL CODE FOR THE
4 GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION TO BE HELD ON MAY 7, 1991.
5 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
That for the purpose of holding said General
8 Municipal Election, said City shall be and is hereby divided into
9 12 voting precincts, which consolidated voting precincts shall be
10 respectively numbered and shall respectively embrace the
11 following enumerated election precincts of said City as
]2 established by the Board of Supervisors of the County of San
13 Bernardino for general elections therein and as said precincts
]4 exist in the City of San Bernardino~ that the polling places and
15 officers of election shall be as follows, to wit:
