Topic: Positional Statement of the San Bernardino
Evangeljcal Association concerning the public hearing
held on 3-21-91 in the City of San Bernardino Council
Chambers on the topic of the City's development code.
positional State,ment: The San Bernardino Evangelical
Association would like to encourage and support any
effort on the behalf of the City Council, City
Attorney's Office, the Police Department or any other
City or County agency that would work toward the
elimination of pornagraphic obscenity from the City of
San Bernardino.
The Association would like to present itself as a
friendly constituency that would support and work for or
with any effort to eliminate obscenity in the City of
San Bernardino.
We would also like to present to the Council examples of
other cities that have completely eliminated obscenity.
