STAFF REPORT
A subdivider will be installing traffic signals at the
intersection of "H" Street and Northpark Boulevard.
Left turn lanes will be provided on "H" Street, which
will necessitate that parking be prohibited in the vicinity of
Northpark Boulevard. Therefore, it is proposed that parking be
prohibited on "H" Street, between Sequoia Street and Dover
Drive, except for the lot that fronts on "H" Street. This
exception will allow the property owner to park in front of his
residence. All other lots front on side streets and will retain
parking in front of their houses.
We recommend that the proposed parking restriction on
"H" Street be approved.

THEREOF. ." TO ESTABLISH A NO PARKING ANY TIME ZONE ON "H"
4 STREET BETWEEN SEQUOIA STREET AND DOVER DRIVE, APPLICABLE TO THE
WEST SIDE ONLY; "H" STREET BETWEEN 110 FEET SOUTH OF THE SOUTH
5 LINE OF NORTHPARK BOULEVARD AND DOVER DRIVE, APPLICABLE TO THE
EAST SIDE ONLY.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1 :
Resolution No. 3985 which prohibits
