Dear Mr. Nazario,
At the present time we have a loan for the development of
a new store location at 550 West 40~h Street for Ready
Equipment Rental.
We are making a change in our long range plans. We are
expanding and remodeling our present location at 3969 North
Sierra Way for our permanent 10cat10n in the north end of
San Bernardino. '
We plan to have another facility in San Bernardino offering
contractors equipment for both rental and sales. We have
been offere~ equipment lines from major manufactures.
This future location will be in the south part o~ San ~ernar-
dino with freeway exposure.
We would like to, if possible, use our present loan for the
remodel and expansion of our present location.
