STAFF REPORT
The property located at 1642 E. Echo Dr. has been
purchased by a new owner who is in the process of
rehabilitating the property. All costs have been paid.
The abatement problem has been resolved and it is
recommended that the hearing be closed and the appeal
denied without prejudice.
