Infill Develonment definition - page 11~ Add the following definition to page 1-14: "Infill Develonment Development that occurs on up to 4 contiquous vacant lots scattered within areas that are already largely developed or urbanized. Generally, these sites are vacant because they were once considered of insufficient size for development, because an existing building located on the site was demolished or because there were other, more desirable sites for development." 2.
