Adopt a RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING AN AGREEMENT NITH HANKINS, DELAFIELD AND
HOOD FOR BOND COUUNSEL SERVICES.

That the Community Development Commission of the City of San
Bernardino authorize execution of an Agreement with Hawkins,
Delafield and Hood for bond counsel services.
