1 RESOLUTION
2 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO APPROVING A
SCHEDULE OF CHARGES FOR THE SALE OF MATERIALS AND SERVICES BY THE
3 CEMETERY COMMISSION OF SAID CITY; AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO.
87-332 AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
5
CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1.
The costs to be charged for Endowment Care
7
Grave Spaces by the Cemetery Commission are hereby established as
8
follows:

Grave Spaces - Adult $450.00
Grave Spaces - Adults - Public Guardian 325.00
Grave Spaces - Children (2-7 years) 65.00
Grave Spaces - Infants (under 2 years) 50.00
Grave Spaces - Cremations 60.00
SECTION 2. Charges for interments and disinterments are

Any equipment rental charges for disinterments shall be in
2 addition to regular disinterment fee.
3 All interments and disinterments requiring Saturday work
4 will be charged at double the regular fees for these services.

SECTION 3. Cemetery operating hours are hereby established
6 as follows:
7 Monday through Friday, except City established Holidays
8 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

All interment services on Saturday shall be scheduled so
10 that mourners will be out of the cemetery by 11:30 a.m.
11 A $50.00 cash deposit shall be required in advance for all
12 weekday (Monday through Friday) afternoon and Saturday
13
interments.
If the interment service is over and mourners are
14 out of the cemetery by 4:00 p.m. on weekdays or by 11:30 a.m. on
15
Saturdays, the deposit will be refunded.
An additional charge
16 of$50.00 per hour will be levied for each hour or fraction
17 thereof after 4:00 p.m. on weekdays or after 11:30 a.m. on
18 Saturdays that interment services are not concluded, or mourners
19
are not out of the cemetery.
The $50.00 deposit shall apply to
20 that charge.

SECTION 4.
Costs for concrete sectional grave and one
22 piece domed liners, without bottoms, and concrete burial vaults
23 are hereby established as follows:

The Cemetery Commission is hereby authorized
20 to accept a minimum of $500.0 for a complete interment from the
21 Public Administrator's or Public Guardian's Office.
