REGULAR MEETING
June 5, 1989

The Community Development Commission/Redevelopment Agency meeting was
called to order at 11:45 a.m., on June 5, 1989, in the Council Chambers of
City Hall, 300 North "D" Street, San Bernardino, California, by Commissioner
Jack Reilly.

Commissioner Minor made a motion seconded by Commissioner Estrada, to
approve the minutes of the meeting of the Community Development
Commission/Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino held on May
15, 1989, as submitted in typewritten form.

Commissioner Minor made a motion seconded by Commissioner Estrada, to
approve the minutes of the meeting of the Community Development
Commission/Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Bernardino held on May
18, 1989, as submitted in typewritten form.

BERMAN, DEPUTY DIRECTOR: AND GARY CLERMONT, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT AS
SIGNATORIES FOR THE AGENCY'S SAFE DEPOSIT BOX, AND REPEALING RESOLUTION
NO. 5173.
Commissioner Flores made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Miller, to
waive further reading of the resolution and to adopt.
The motion carried by the following vote:

5. Agreement with City of San Bernardino regarding Councll Office Services
Mayor and Common Council
RESOLUTION NO. 89-163
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SAN BERNARDINO AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO, ON BEHALF OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN
BERNARDINO, REGARDING COUNCIL OFFICE SERVICES.
Councilmember Flores made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Miller, to
waive further reading of the resolution and to adopt.
The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes:
Reilly, Flores, Mauds1ey, Minor, Miller. Noes: None.

Community Development Commission
Commissioner Mauds1ey, made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Estrada,
to authorize execution of an Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and
the City of San Bernardino regarding Council Office Services.
The motion carried by the following vote: Ayes:
Reilly, Flores, Mauds1ey, Minor, Miller. Noes: None.

6. Setting of Public Hearing regarding the Miles House Restoration
Commissioner Estrada made a motion, seconded by Commissioner Minor, to
continue this item to June 19, 1989.

7. Closed Session to discuss pending litigation.
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a), the Agency will meet to
confer with its attorneys regarding pending litigation which has been
formally initiated and to which the Commission is a party. The title of
the litigation is America Diversified Savings Bank and North America
Savings and Loan Association, FSLIC appeals.
